Terms of Service

This site is operated by LL Containers, a US-based retailer of new and used shipping containers and modular structures, with depots in Houston, TX and Savannah, GA. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to LL Containers. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old, and you will not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law. Breach of these Terms terminates your access immediately.

We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time. Non-sensitive content may transmit unencrypted; payment data is always encrypted. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.

Site content is provided for general information only. We are not responsible if information here is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated; use it at your own risk. Container dimensions and photos are representative, and individual units may vary.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars ($) and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a binding sale is formed only when we accept your order and confirm payment. We may modify or discontinue any product, price or part of the Service at any time. Standard tilt-bed freight is free across the continental US; delivery outside the continental US is quoted separately.

Containers are sold subject to availability at our depots. Because much of our inventory is one-of-a-kind used stock, an item may sell before your order is processed; if so, we will offer a comparable unit or a full refund. We reserve the right to limit sales by geography, customer type or quantity.

We deliver by tilt-bed truck. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible, level, and clear so the truck can maneuver and offload safely, and for confirming any permits, HOA or local approvals needed to place a container on your property. If the driver cannot access the site, or a redelivery is required due to site conditions, additional freight charges may apply. Please keep account, billing and contact details current so we can coordinate delivery.

Title to and risk of loss for a container pass to you upon delivery to, and offload at, the address you provide. You (or your authorized representative) must be present to inspect and accept the unit at delivery.

Each container is sold according to its condition grade and backed by our 5-Point Condition Guarantee, which verifies that a unit is structurally sound, wind- and water-tight to its grade, has operable doors, a solid floor, and matches the grade advertised. Grades include:

• One-Trip — near-new, single-voyage units in premium condition.
• Cargo Worthy (CW) — certified structurally sound and suitable for shipping.
• Wind & Water Tight (WWT) — sealed against wind and water, with normal cosmetic wear.
• As-Is — sold in current condition without a wind/water-tight guarantee.

Except for the limited guarantee above and any warranty that cannot be excluded by law, containers are sold “as is” to their stated grade, and all other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed. As-Is units carry no condition warranty.

Personal information you submit is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may correct errors and cancel orders after submission if information (including pricing or availability) proves inaccurate, with no obligation to update beyond what the law requires. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

• Unlawful purposes or to solicit unlawful acts.
• Violating any federal, state or local laws.
• Infringing intellectual property rights.
• Harassment, abuse, defamation or discrimination.
• Submitting false or misleading information.
• Uploading malware or interfering with site security.
• Scraping or tracking other users’ personal information.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation of the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

Subject to applicable law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold LL Containers and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stands. Either party may terminate this agreement by notice; obligations incurred prior to termination survive.

These Terms together with the policies on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and LL Containers. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms by posting changes here. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
